I am a journalist, content writer, and editor based in Mumbai, India.
I write about travel, culture, social justice, and my experience of being raised as a third-culture kid. My essays and journalism have appeared in Bon Appétit, CNN's Parts Unknown, HuffPost, The Independent, South China Morning Post, The Sydney Morning Herald, and many more.
Prior to freelancing full-time, I trained as a copywriter at R K SWAMY BBDO, a renowned Indian agency, and a part of the global BBDO network. While there, I worked on a few big-name brands, including Pampers and Isuzu Motors India.
As an editor, I have edited academic papers, doctoral theses, and book-length fiction and memoir manuscripts. Having lived and worked in both Canada and Australia, I'm comfortable working with American English, as well as British and Commonwealth English.
I am always open to discussing future collaborations and opportunities with publications, companies, and brands – get in touch with me here.
